This page explains what happens to information you send to Client Name through this website. We have written it in plain language. If anything is unclear, please get in touch.
What we collect
The only information this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you type. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site.
How the contact form works
When you submit the form, your message is sent to a small program (a "Cloudflare Worker") hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. That program forwards your message as an email through SendGrid (a service of Twilio Inc.) to Client Name's inbox. Both Cloudflare and SendGrid are based in the United States.
To prevent spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (a privacy-respecting alternative to CAPTCHA) and briefly records the IP address of the device submitting the form. The IP address is used only for rate-limiting (preventing abuse) and is discarded within one hour.
How we use your message
We read your message and reply to the email address you provided. Your information is not added to any mailing list, sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any purpose other than answering you.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox for as long as we need it to maintain our conversation with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing us through the contact form.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic request logs (IP address, request time, browser type) as part of normal web hosting and security operations. These logs are governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us through the contact form and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
